[Libreoffice-ux-advise] new listbox in calc options pages

Hey Astron,

I think kohei already said enough to why we need a user choice there
instead of some hardcoded choice.

Ok, I'll have a look at it. Originally I tried to keep the option
inside the Libreoffice Calc group but Load/Save might make sense too.

The Calc->Calculate page is not a good idea. While not being obvious
these options are mostly document options and are saved with the
document.
