Well, Roman has written quite a lot in the bug itself and it does make
sense to me, too. So here's a +0.75 for resolving as WONTFIX.


Also, Cedric, I think the new behaviour to only fade the blue "add
header/footer" tab in after clicking on it will make lots of people
happy (especially the forum commenters at The H/Heise Open). Sadly,
it's just too annoying, especially as lack of a good animation
framework means that it flickers quite badly, it seems. Thanks for
making it more subtle!
