[Libreoffice-ux-advise] How to provide usability-related suggestions

I have raised several issues that affect the usability of LibreOffice. Later, when I came to know about this mailing list, and forwarded a partial list (to begin with).

However, I haven't received any response to my earlier mail (attached).

Would you kindly let me know what is the next course of action?

Hi Astron,

I came across a new usability issue recently, while trying to create a document that is supposed to have text in three languages (any book that teaches a second/third language would be like that).

The overall problem has several aspects (poor GUI, poor documentation). 
So if I enter it in the issue-tracker, the reviewers would apply their conventional wisdom and reject it.

Therefore it is best seen by UX experts directly.
