[Libreoffice-ux-advise] study for tool bar labels

Not sure if on this list the next has been seen:

A nice study by Heiko from User Prompt, of whom I remember Björn from 
our conferences :)

What do the people here think? Could be well possible to use to improve 
out tool tips, I guess.
