Default does for me. Here's an example, open calc, right in cell A1 'What is my
name', select 'is my' and set it as bold, right-click hit 'Default', bold is
removed.

Its 13 entries long if you have nothing selected and when you do, it adds cut
and copy to the list so that makes it 15.

For the new user, page is only accessible from the right-click and from the
format menu. New users have no idea that double-clicking the status bar page
style text would bring up the page dialog. I didnt know until recently and
thats only because i was submitting a bug to have tooltips added to all
statusbar entries (bug 82708) and then suggested a unified click behaviour for
the statusbar (bug 82707).
