Yes this is what i meant but i dont think a split button is good as it would be
useful to emphasis that LO can be used to create HTML documents. Writer Web has
its own dedicated section in Tools > Options and it acts different from other
writer sub-components.

All the other ones are all Writer sub-components, so a split button for these.
