So hiding this below "Help" doesnt benefit us much, but in the fancy new start
center we have:

|Help | Extensions |

in the lower left corner. How about making that:

|   Get Involved    |
|     Feedback      |
| Help | Extensions |

with "Get Involved" linking to
http://www.libreoffice.org/community/get-involved/ and feedback linking to
http://qa.libreoffice.org/feedback. Putting "Get Involved" on the top would be
quite essential to raise awareness of this being a community effort and helping
users to get out of a pure consumer mindset ...
