I think that page break styles shouldnt be added to the drop down. You can add
a button for 'Insert Break' by customizing the toolbar and adding the 'Manual
Break' entry found in the 'Insert' category. It doesnt have an associated icon,
so you'll have to put one that suits your needs, if you dont like seeing text.
