Sorry, do you think that:
- page break styles shouldn't be added to the drop down button at all, or
- all page break styles must be added, including the last entry in the drop
down for the 'Insert Break' dialog (Insert > Manual Break...)?
If I understand well, currently there is no button for 'Insert Break' dialog.
