Presently the management of normal and master slides are grouped together in
their own individual toolbars that hide and unhide when you switch between
views. In order to improve the user experience, we shouldnt have multiple
locations that users goto to manage slides, as we currently have some users who
right-click in the side pane and others who go to the top right area of the
toolbar.
