Bug #94418 is about the bibliography. This one here requests a kind of
formatting wizard to adjust all paragraph/character styles according a
predefined layout.

It could also be solved with a good template (my preferred solution). In this
case it is NOTABUG. But hosting templates like this on the LibO site and making
it available per Templates Manager would be a great enhancement.
