Based comments on message board it would be Tabbed. However A11Y support and
tabbed not being a exact copy of ribbon, I tend slightly to keeping Standard as
a precaution
With decent popup (please not Tip of they Day) and choice between
standard/tabbed should be pretty obvious. And with Toolbar being standard, we
have kind of excuse for they Tabbed bar not being in totally superb shape (we
didn't make it default for a reason).
OTOH, Collabora Office did already.. so this would speed up bugfixing :-).
So taking they neutral position, here
