As long bug 135501 remains open the default is Standard not Tabbed. For the
rest I have no preference.

Separator line goes into cui/uiconfig/ui/toolbarmodedialog.ui where labels
should be reordered too. And it require modification to
cui/inc/toolbarmode.hrc. Take care of the experimental variants that have
special treatment.
