I don't use full screen mode myself, so I have no own preference, but I suppose
that it would be a reasonable change to remove the current floating toolbar
with the button and replace it with a "close" button (small red cross, with a
descriptive tooltip) in the same place where *normally* application close
button is in many OSes (top right corner), right above vertical scroll bar (if
the scroll bar is enabled; otherwise, the close button should still be there).
Alternatively, that could be a "hamburger" menu instead of the red cross.
I know it's long closed, but I don't want to create a new RFE, since as said, I
don't need it myself, and only wanted to share my UX feedback explicitly on
*this* old issue :-)
