Sigh. It completely does not. It shows how it honors the *paragraph* direction,
not character rotation. It suggests where the next paragraph will appear. If it
followed character rotation, then it would be completely unclear how the
paragraph is oriented, from the look of this *formatting mark*.
But I digress - I forgot that I shouldn't engage in discussions where you
participate, sorry.
