I didn't even know this feature existed. I use CSV import all the time and this
is very helpful. It'll surely be good to improve discoverability here.

Agreed. But then I think (b) ends up being mandatory.

The problem with unselecting all is that the "Column type" should be disabled,
otherwise which column would it be applying to if any is selected?

Isn't the "Standard" type the same as "Automatic" here? Maybe we could use
"Automatic" instead of "Standard".
