Keep Scale vs. Keep Image Size are options for the cropping. If you have an
image with 10x10cm and you crop from left by 5cm the first option keeps the
image proportion resulting in 5x10cm and the second the image size resulting in
10x10cm. See also

If you scale the image, eg. by 50%, it always results in a smaller image. The
proportional scaling as known from mouse interaction at the image edge is
apparently not available.

Cannot follow/confirm the second bug. Changing width/height at image size is
applied to the scale percentages of width/height. But of course you have to
leave the control - or press up/down. At least something to confirm the input.
Maybe you mix up crop and scale here too. => NEEDINFO
