We discussed this topic in the design meeting.

While the current string is unclear the number of proposals indicate that any
other string wont be an ultimate solution. The string should basically be as
short as possible. My personal favorite is "Vertical character alignment" for
the frame title (bold font) and "Position" for the label of the combobox.

But eventually the one who submits the patch can decide the exact term.
