How is this relevant to the Mail Merge, which is, *by definition*, about
sending personalized mails? IMO, unrelated comments only clutter issues, making
them less manageable.

Indeed, this is a reasonable request. I had a feeling that we had something
similar, but can't find at the moment -> NEW.
