No, support in the UI would *have* to be based on retooling Tools -> Options ->
User fielded data. 

I don't think there would be sufficient need/justification to make such
"persona" change selectable within a *current* edit session. Meaning LO will
need to be restarted any way, so attempting to provide a dynamic "persona"
change from a tb widget is not a reasonable request. The Tools -> Options ->
User field would be suitable to task, and much less effort to implement.

As noted none of this flows back into the ODF document, such "persona"
selection would be internal to the UI and per-user LO profile.
