Have made the required changes and along with few more minor
modifications and repatched it. Please review it.

The patch still has the dumb comments like the one's you have
mentioned, but keeping them for I don't know where to draw the line
and hey, they are already there ;) I didn't go out of my way to get
them right, some editor magic plus google translator did it.
