I have a gentoo too, and I somehow have to specify the jdk-home on the
autogen in rawbuild:

./autogen.sh --with-num-cpus=6 --with-max-jobs=6 --without-junit
--disable-kde --with-jdk-home=/opt/sun-jdk-1.6.0.20
