[Libreoffice] credits page is 403 access forbidden

The current Help menu->about->credits points to
http://libreoffice.org/credits.html

which gives you a 403 Access forbidden when accessing. We shouldn't keep
our list of contributors that secret :-).

Please put something like this in its place:
http://sspaeth.de/uploads/tmp/index.html

(with or without graphs).

P.S. I can periodically rerun the script to create the page. It is also
online if you want to do it yourselves.
