[Libreoffice] patch: delete comments in German and VIM

[bitpolare]

delete comments in German and VIM at the beginning and end of file.

example:

> /* -*- Mode: C++; tab-width: 4; indent-tabs-mode: nil; c-basic-offset: 
> 4 -*- *
>
>
> /* vim:set shiftwidth=4 softtabstop=4 expandtab: */

writer.cxx   wrt_fn.cxx     wrtswtbl.cxx
