Mentors and students can team up.
Last year, most team consists of 3 or 4 students.
And the winners are team, not a person in a team.

I will try but I can not promise anything.
The open source movement in Vietnam is still quite immature; and we find
it very hard
creating an active Linux users' group. That means, it is even harder
find FOSS developers.
