[Libreoffice] Ctrl+D and Ctrl+R

It's noteworthy that Ctrl+D is (was?) the only method to access
a selection list for cell input (i.e. cell has a defined list where the
user can choose a value from) via keyboard. If that is deactivated it
has an accessibility impact.

Did that change?
