[Libreoffice] [GSoC] [rtfimport] 12th week

Hi,

Previous week starts here:

In short, it was about:
- added paragraph vertical alignment support to dmapper (improves rtf
  and docx import)
- implemented support for the PAGEREF field in dmapper
- implemented footnote/endnote related features
- fixed fdo#37691

I'll send one final status report tomorrow when I'll be ready with a
summary on what new features the new rtf tokenizer has.
