[Libreoffice] [GSoC] [rtfimport] final report

Hi,

Last week starts here:

In short, it was about:
- implemented text frames
- enabled the new rtf tokenizer in master in non-experimental mode
- wrote up a summary on new features:

Once again, I want to thank the whole LibreOffice team for the help I
got to create the new filter, obviously I would not succeed without
getting help from great mentors and other friendly developers. :)
