[Libreoffice] [PATCH] Remove an unused perl module

Another one related to fdo#39747.

The file solenv/bin/modules/installer/configuration.pm isn't used at
all currently.  (I see that it was used for a while back in 2004 by
make_installer.pl.)  This patch drops the file.
