[Libreoffice] [PATCH] 39468 "translate German comments, removing redundant ones" part two

Hi,

Attached is a patch for bug 39468 "translate German comments, removing redundant ones". So after applying the patch there should be no German comments in the core-directories basegfx - cairo (incl.) anymore.

All my changes in this patch and all my future contributions are under the MPL/LGPLv3+ dual-license (think I've said so already, but anyway).

I know it's a lot to review but I can't help it - it's just a lot of German comments =)
