[Libreoffice] module wizards build is broken

Here is the log of "make -r" in ../master/wizards after a "make -sr clean".
Last lines of "general" make log are:

I tried a make -r in tail_build and got the following messages:

Apparently the same problem with mailmerge.zip as for pyfax.zip
