[Libreoffice] [PATCH]SDK example : add python section and ToolPanel example

Hi all

Here is the patch the

- add a python section to sdk examples
- correct minor css
- add the source files of the ToolPanelPoC extension as proof of concept

@Stephan, i modified the registration
