No. You need to read what other people write "Childs" is not plural in
the cited comments. It is singular, the genetive form meaning "of the
child". Making it children doesn't make sense.

Yes, Child or Childs is not a German word, but it is used as a
name/identifier for something, not as the world for "little
humans/human breed".
