[Libreoffice] [PATCH] Translation of German comment in libs-core/desktop

Hi,
Found one single German comment in libs-core/desktop which I have translated.
Made a few additional clean-ups (one spelling corrections and remove
out commented code in about 13 places)

Small patch, should be easy to review.

You can commit the patch under the terms of MPL 1.1 / GPLv3+ / LGPLv3+
triple license.
