Hi Kami,
thanks for your offer :-)

Cool that you like it - the "thanks" have to be spread among several
people at the Design Team list. There has been a lot of great feedback
and some people who contributed

Oh yes, still a problem ... we had quite some discussion to make them
more unique (there is some feedback on [1]), but we failed (in the given
time) to harmonize that with the document symbol. As long as we use
these (with regard to the branding planning, two or three releases) ...
But - now the good message - most of the template icons are presented
"in context". So, the "Templates and Documents" dialog provides a lot of
clues to make people aware.
However, I don't like to talk like that - since the issue remains ;-) On
the other hand, some people thought that we shouldn't miss the
opportunity to do something unique - spreading the "Document Foundation"
message among the desktops.
We'll have a look at that, I'm sure. Until then, how about looking
whether they work at all ...

Oh, thanks! In the meantime, Thorsten was so keen and created an issue
among with some patchsets (as far as I understood). But, sorry, I didn't
think about reporting back ... I feel a bit lost in discussions on
another mailing list.
Here is the issue:

Maybe Thorsten can comment if things are missing at the moment ...

Again, thanks!
Cheers,
