Yes, that looks horribly wrong, there should be swen-US.res in there,
that should be built when running dmake in sw/util

export VERBOSE=true
cd sw/util
rm -rf ../unxmacxi.pro/lib/*.res
dmake
It should say "Making: swen-US.res" and actually *do* that
