	So - overall this looks good, particularly if it helps to kill the
'build' module finally and completely. Of course, if it came from build/
perhaps it is not really new stuff anyway :-)

	Did you mean to change the normal 'make install' rule to use that @
substitution ?

	Finally - I'm not a huge fan of that mv_file_between_flists cruft -
indeed, I did a bit of work to try to straighten some of that out for a
few patterns: we should do that in the scp2 itself I think [ now that we
can do that easily (surely?) ].

	Otherwise I'm ok, but I'd like to hear Rene / Caolan's feedback; I
assume it is in master ? :-)
