[Libreoffice] [GSoC] [rtfimport] 4th week

Hi,

Fourth week starts here:

In short, it was about:
- finishing pictures
- starting tables: borders, merges, cell properties (background,
  alignment, etc.)

I plan to finish tables (nested ones, other missing table bits) next
week.
