[Libreoffice] Reviewing rules

Hi all,

I've seen some patches that were reviewed, but not pushed into the -3-4
branch (!!!), so just to remind you:

- the first reviewer pushes to libreoffice-3-4 (commits/cherry-picks
  with -s to get the Signed-off-by: message automatically)

- the third reviewer cherry-picks the commit(s) from libreoffice-3-4 to
  libreoffice-3-4-0, again with -s
