[Libreoffice] Mozilla options situation

With MSVC 2008 Express I need
  --disable-build-mozilla  --disable-nss-module
with WNTMSCIinc.zip, WNTMSCIlib.zip and WNTMSCIruntime.zip in folder 'moz'.

I don't know anything about building and use a step-by-step instruction; 
but whatever you do, please don't forget such environment.
