Don't really have the time right now to add it in (code is at
https://github.com/caolanm/callcatcher FWIW) so it'll be a while before
I get around to that.

You might be getting caught be some of the external modules which are
stored as tarballs and uncompressed into the build, e.g. libcmis for the
Atom* stuff and icc for the CIcc* stuff

I pushed your attached patch remove remove some more code, thanks for
those.
