	Of course, what would really help would be some text / landing spot in
the wiki that the QA team could point people at to say:

	"for armenian: please mail XYZ list"
	"for German: assign the bug to ABC at DEF.org"
	...

	etc. ie. a concrete action to close the bug :-) is there some way that
such a thing could be co-ordinated, and translators poked to ask them to
document their preferred mechanism ?
