[Libreoffice] how to bundle LibreOffice extension to the LibreOffice Sinhala ?

There is a spell checker for Libo but its an extension.
We need a built in Sinhala spell checker for LibreOffice.

Is it possible to bundle following extension to Libo Sinhala packages?
