[Libreoffice] how to bundle LibreOffice extension to the LibreOffice Sinhala ?

What are Libo Sinhala packages? Do you have a custom build? You can
bundle anything you like into your custom build. See for example how I
did it for Latvian:

Sinhala spell checker can be also added to master (LibreOffice 3.5).
