Wow, this is great.
We are quite far with the gbuild conversion but still much has to be
done, mostly for external libraries.
Any help is appreciated.

There is only a little documentation if any, so when in doubt, just ask.
And also, when doing conversion, it may be useful to check what you
are converting because there may be things we don't need anymore.
It may save you time and of course we don't want to build useless stuff.
This may be hard to know, so best to ask here if you suspect something unused.
