[PATCH] Bugzilla-assistant

Hi Petr,

The Localization should be changed to Localisation. It is for the 
testing if typo's are found by the sanity-checker.

I have already updated the wiki-page accordingly so it doesn't show the 
components anymore that don't have a capital.
