New QA IRC Channel

Hi All,

An official QA channel was established today at #libreoffice-qa, I'll
update the wiki when I get a chance. Feel free to come sit in there, talk
in there will be mostly about qa stuff, help with triaging, discussing
organization of QA, etc....
