Patch: Fixed cppcheck messages about rethrowing copy of exception

Hi,

I did some work on the output of the static source analysis tool cppcheck. I reviewed all messages about rethrowing the copy of an exception and fixed them in LibreOffice code (63 messages were valid. 1 invalid message (fixed in cppcheck)).

This is my first patch to LO. Please have a look on it and let me know if it is ok.
