that your submission is under our preferred LGPLv3+/MPLv1.1 license
combo ?

FWIW, most people follow a pattern like
http://lists.freedesktop.org/archives/libreoffice/2011-November/020120.html
to state that all their submissions are LGPLv3+/MPLv1.1+, unless they
say otherwise, rather than mentioning for every patch the agreed
licences.
