Errror building LO lang=it - windows / cygwin

I have the correct value in config_host.mk:
export L10N_MODULE=C:/lo/libo-master/clone/translations/translations
So it is a real path. Can you please check yours? Maybe you need to
git pull, and run autogen.sh again.
